I see this often enough but I found a solution that seem to fix this issue. I simply do the following: 1. Rundll32.exe Advapi32.dll 2. Rundll32.exe Advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks 3. Reboot 4. netsh winsock reset (if this spawns an error message, do step 2 then repeat this step) 5. netsh winsock reset catalog 6 reboot This may look silly but is works more often then not.
